1 - 5 month stay (Monthly rate) = $2050

6 + month stay (Monthly rate) = $1850

First month's rent and equivalent as deposit due upon signing rental agreement.

Well-behaved pets welcome with a non-refundable deposit of $350.

Utilities (water, garbage, electricity, gas, heating and air, basic cable and high-speed internet) included.
